ABOUT
Pokémon Black and White are role-playing games for the Nintendo DS set in the Unova region, which was inspired by New York City. Unlike earlier games, the main story features only new Pokémon, so even longtime fans met every creature for the first time.
The story is more serious than before, centering on a group called Team Plasma, who say people should set their Pokémon free. The games sold strongly in Japan and were followed by direct sequels, Black 2 and White 2, in 2012.
