ABOUT
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age was released in Japan on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo 3DS on the same day. You play as a young man who learns he is the reborn form of a legendary hero, and you travel the world with friends who each have their own story.
It keeps the series' traditional turn-based battles and gentle humor while adding detailed 3D worlds, and the 3DS version also includes a mode in the classic pixel-art style. An expanded edition, Dragon Quest XI S, came to the Nintendo Switch in 2019.
